Real Wedding – Josie & Scott – Eden House, Broughton Hall

Josie and Scott first contacted us in August 2016 to discuss catering for their wedding at Eden House, Broughton Hall in September 2017. They were such a fab couple to work with and it didn't take long for us all to put together a menu that we knew they and their guests would love. hanby-wedding-5-jim-poyner Following on from a drinks reception where they had a selection of hot and cold canapés, guests were seated to a starter of Baked Brie, Parma Ham, Pate, Sunblush Tomatoes & Chutneys served with warm Pitta breads on slates. hanby-wedding-6-jim-poyner Josie and Scott wanted their guests to have a choice for the main course and they were able to opt for either Lamb Rump Roasted with Garlic & Rosemary, served with a rich red wine jus or a Pork Trio of Belly, Loin and Bacon & Sausage Lollipops served with a Café au Lait sauce. These were served with Dauphinoise potatoes and fresh seasonal vegetables. Vegetarians dined on Roasted Leeks with Lemon, Ginger & Pinenut Brittle spilling out of a Mille Feuille of flaky pastry.
